Makeup Lessons

Did you know that different brushes can make the same makeup product apply differently giving you 2 products for the price of one?
Do you know why your face sometimes appears whiter than the rest of your body in photos?
Do you know the difference in a silicone based foundation vs one that is free of silicones or what eye shadow colors will make your own eye color stand out?
Do you know how to apply false lashes on yourself?
Does learning anything above sound like fun?
I love teaching and have done beauty consultations (or makeup lessons) for years. Beauty Consultations can be different for different people and can be catered to what you are wanting to learn. I have given makeup lessons to teenage girls just needing to learn how to apply age appropriate makeup to more mature women wanting to just try something new with their makeup routine.
• Teenage Girls needing to learn how to apply age appropriate makeup
• Women wanting to learn some of the new trends in makeup
• More mature women wanting to try something new with their routine
• Pageant contestants who cannot have an artist backstage
• Models/Actors so that they know what to do when an artist isn't on hand
(I have done these classes at University as workshops and also in private settings organized by the agency and even parents of the young actors)
I've also taught groups. "Girls Nights In" is a great way to get together with some gal pals and enjoy each others company all while getting to learn some new makeup tricks. You can book your group session in your own home or in the studio. You can also book a photo session after (available in studio only) to capture your new look and to commemorate the time you've shared with friends.
